Senior Executive Mechanical Gear Design Engineering role

Position: Senior Executive Mechanical Gear Design Engineering

Location: Coimbatore

Qualification: BE (Mechanical)

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Benchmark Study: Execute the systematic process to search, collect and record the competitor. The goal is to exceed the best in class
Calculation: Worm, Bevel, helical gear pair calculation, Shaft strength calculation, bearing life calculation with load spectrum
Drawing: 3D concept, Detail modelling & detail production drawing to be made in the solid works and uploaded into EPDM
Development: To develop the casing 3D modelling to develop the pattern feasibility and mould flow analysis and support for the part development
Assembly & Testing: Critical parameter to be driven and validated in the test bench

Domain Knowledge:

Construction, Windmill, Material Handling Equipment, E-Mobility.
