Hi, Warm Greetings! We are looking for Senior Executive Mechanical Gear Design Engineering role with good experience in Hobbing process, Helical gear, automobile gears or any industrial gears design. This opportunity for a highly reputed Organization based at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu location. Position: Senior Executive Mechanical Gear Design Engineering Location: Coimbatore Qualification: BE (Mechanical) Experience: 4 to 6 Years Roles & Responsibilities: Benchmark Study: Execute the systematic process to search, collect and record the competitor. The goal is to exceed the best in class Calculation: Worm, Bevel, helical gear pair calculation, Shaft strength calculation, bearing life calculation with load spectrum Drawing: 3D concept, Detail modelling & detail production drawing to be made in the solid works and uploaded into EPDM Development: To develop the casing 3D modelling to develop the pattern feasibility and mould flow analysis and support for the part development Assembly & Testing: Critical parameter to be driven and validated in the test bench Domain Knowledge: Construction, Windmill, Material Handling Equipment, E-Mobility.
