Sr. Executive – Documentation

We are a reputed CHA and logistics service provider offering comprehensive import/export clearance and freight forwarding solutions. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Sr. Executive – CHA Documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare check list, verify, and submit customs documentation for import/export shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs officials for smooth clearance.
• Ensure timely filing of Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, and other statutory documents.
• Handle online documentation via ICEGATE, DGFT, and other government portals.
• Follow up with customs authorities for assessment, examination, and release of cargo.
• Maintain updated knowledge of customs notifications, circulars, and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to documentation, clearance, and compliance.
• Guide and support junior staff on documentation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce/Logistics (preferred).
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in CHA documentation.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, EDI filing, and EXIM documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills with clients and authorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online customs portals.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
