Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions (from job posting to onboarding).

* Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

* Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, referrals, agencies, etc.).

* Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds with the academic/administrative heads.

* Conduct background checks and verify documents of selected candidates.

* Maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.

* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards.

* Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for management review.

* Support the onboarding and induction process of new hires.

* Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and institutional policies during recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile:

* Applicant must be Post graduate in MBA/MHRM/PGDM from any reputed College/ University

* Good communication skills with tech savvy

*

* 3 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector (CBSE).
