Job Purpose:

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice and other normal Company

Secretarial Documents.

  • Preparation and filing of various Forms required under Companies Act, 2013, RBI Act, 1934 & FEMA Act, 1999 etc.
  • All secretarial works such as issue of shares, increase in Authorized capital, Transfer of shares, Charge satisfaction, Charge Creation, Modification
  • Support Company Secretary in day-to-day work & Compliances

Skills & Competencies Required:

  1. Companies Act, 2013
  2. MS Office

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

CS with 5+ years of experience / Law would be an added advantage.
