Sr. Executive - Account Management

As a Sr. Executive in the Account Management team at Amura Marketing, you will be a key player in the Marketing & Client servicing department. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies and suggesting innovative marketing techniques for the clients on digital platforms to ensure high client satisfaction levels. Key Responsibilities: - Gather appropriate information/brief from clients through face-to-face meetings, emails, or calls. - Conduct thorough secondary research to understand client competition and develop communication & media plans. - Stay updated on the client's industry and business activities to provide personalized solutions. - Prepare minutes of meeting (MOM) for every client interaction. - Manage timelines to ensure timely sharing of work-plans, campaigns, and reports with clients. - Ensure error-free execution and check all important parameters before launching a campaign. - Review and optimize projects daily once campaigns are live to ensure smooth operation and maximum potential achievement. Qualifications Required: - Digital Marketing experience of 2+ years. - Experience in an agency with hands-on expertise in Google & Facebook organic or paid promotions. - Team player with experience managing or working with a team of 4+ members. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships. - Dynamic individual with strong decision-making and prioritization skills. - Proficiency in handling multiple tasks, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies. - High sense of ownership, accountability, and persistence in project delivery. - Strong problem-solving skills and capability to generate new ideas and drive product agendas.
