Sr. Executive - Account Management

As a Sr. Executive in the Account Management department at Amura Marketing, you will be an integral part of the Marketing & Client Servicing team. Your primary responsibility will involve developing strategies and proposing innovative marketing techniques for our clients on digital platforms, with a focus on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Your role will entail gathering relevant information and briefs from clients through various channels such as face-to-face meetings, emails, or calls. Additionally, you will conduct comprehensive secondary research to understand client competition thoroughly, enabling you to create effective communication and media plans. It will be crucial for you to stay updated on industry trends and client activities to provide personalized solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing minutes of meetings for all client interactions, managing timelines to ensure timely delivery of work plans, campaigns, and reports, and overseeing error-free execution of projects. Furthermore, you will be required to review and optimize campaigns on a daily basis post-launch to maximize their effectiveness. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency setting, with hands-on experience in Google and Facebook organic or paid promotions. Being a team player is essential, as you will collaborate with a team of at least 4 members. Strong communication skills, decision-making abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability to new technologies are key traits needed for success.
