Job Description

A shridhar group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Execution Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety norms while coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams

1. Project Execution & Site Supervision

Execute and monitor day-to-day construction activities at site.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Plan daily/weekly work schedules and track progress.

2. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors, and labour teams.
Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding progress, delays, or issues.

3. Quality Control

Conduct regular quality checks for civil, finishing, and structural works.
Manage testing of construction materials and ensure compliance with standards.

4. Measurement & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Maintain site records, check contractor bills, and verify measurements.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities and inspections.

5. Material & Resource Management

Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of required materials.
Raise indent for materials and coordinate with the procurement team.

6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and statutory regulations.
Conduct toolbox talks and maintain safety documentation
