This Sales and Commercial Support person is required to achieve the targets set out by the Commercial Head i.e New Business Development, Growing existing portfolio of customers by upselling additional products, Promoting new Trade Lanes, Increasing Customers share of business with HLPL, Conversion of Sales Leads, Developing Overseas network business, Collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote business. This position is a business development role with advantage to manage a portfolio of existing customers and land new customers. It gives the person range to develop all International Freight Forwarding and Logistics services like – Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Land Side Services and Supply Chain solutions. It comes with Sales Targets measured in Gross Profit and Volumes.
· Post-graduation with specialization in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
· Flair for Sales
· Team player and proactive personality
· Min 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to meet Target consistently and work with minimal supervision
· Comfortable working in a changing, dynamic environment
