Sr Engineer-Scada & Automation

As a SCADA & Automation Senior Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex industrial control systems. Your expertise in SCADA and automation systems will be utilized to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive system designs, overseeing installation and testing, integrating systems with other plant systems, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and creating detailed documentation. Additionally, you will provide training and support to plant personnel on the operation and maintenance of SCADA and automation systems. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SCADA and automation system design, implementation, and maintenance. You should possess strong proficiency in SCADA software platforms, in-depth knowledge of PLC and DCS systems, and experience with network protocols. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with the latest industrial automation standards, certification in SCADA or automation technologies, and experience in Control Centre utilities.
