Sr. Engineer - Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for various tasks including quantities take off from GFC drawings, preparing execution budget, submitting client bills, preparing labour deployment plans, and coordinating with subcontractors. Additionally, you will be involved in daily quantity report preparation, cost control, and reconciliation of materials, labor, subcontractors, and machinery. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare execution budget and tender quantity vs GFC quantity deviation statement - Submit client bills and obtain certification from client/consultant - Prepare deviation statement - Plan labour deployment - Maintain resource tracker and prepare bid packages - Generate daily quantity reports - Submit CQ (NT Items) - Verify subcontractors" quantities - Verify labour bill quantities - Raise and maintain registers - Handle RFIs - Implement cost control measures - Reconcile materials, labor, subcontractors, and machinery - Reconcile all indirect item costs based on site conditions and budget - Coordinate and follow up with site and head office Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role - Strong understanding of construction processes - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Note: Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, food provided, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
