### Job Title: Junior Engineer - 11 kV Transmission Line #### Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design, construction, and maintenance of 11 kV transmission lines. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of senior engineers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. #### Key Responsibilities: - Construction and Installation: - Support the installation of transmission lines, including towers, poles, and cables. - Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. - Monitor project progress and report on milestones. - Maintenance and Inspection: - Participate in the routine inspection and maintenance of existing transmission lines. - Identify and troubleshoot issues related to transmission line performance. - Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules. - Technical Support: - Provide technical support and assistance to field teams. - Prepare and maintain detailed records of all project activities. - Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards and industry best practices. - Health and Safety: - Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. - Participate in safety training and meetings. - Report any safety incidents or concerns to the appropriate authorities. #### Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Basic understanding of transmission line design and construction. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to project sites as required. #### Skills: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). #### Working Conditions: - Primarily based in an office environment with frequent field visits. - May require working at heights and in various weather conditions. - Travel to project sites as needed.
