Job Description – Sales General Manager Company: Real Plus Homes Position: Sales General Manager Reports To: Managing Director Role Overview The Sales General Manager will lead and drive the overall sales strategy of Real Plus Homes. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven expertise in real estate sales, team management, and business growth. The GM will be responsible for revenue generation, client relationship management, market expansion, and aligning sales initiatives with the company’s long-term goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Forecast sales performance and prepare annual sales budgets and business plans. Analyze real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities. Contribute to strategic decision-making in alignment with the company’s vision and growth objectives. Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers, executives, and support staff. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability. Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team capabilities. Foster a performance-driven, customer-focused culture. Sales & Business Development Drive residential and commercial property sales for Real Plus Homes projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners. Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Explore and expand into new territories and customer segments. Operations & Reporting Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns, branding, and promotions. Provide timely sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to the management. Maintain compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements in property sales. Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. In-depth knowledge of real estate sales, property laws, and market practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast trends and manage budgets. Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 12+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in real estate. Track record of achieving and exceeding large-scale sales targets. Strong network within the real estate sector (developers, brokers, investors, clients).
