CRM Executive - Technical

Job Title: CRM Technical Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers at the site for all technical and post-sales-related queries.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and project teams for rectification, modification, or snag works.
• Update and maintain customer information, work progress, and complaint status in the CRM system/software.
• Handle handover, possession, and snag list activities efficiently.
• Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and follow up on pending issues.
• Conduct site inspections with clients and prepare inspection reports.
• Coordinate with the accounts and documentation team for payment and agreement updates.
• Support the CRM Manager in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and client feedback summaries.
• Maintain proper documentation related to customer correspondence, approvals, and service requests.
• Assist in handover events, walkthroughs, and customer meets at the site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
