Sr. Engineer

The Sr. Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex engineering solutions while leading projects and mentoring junior engineers. This role requires a strong background in engineering principles and practices, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively. The Sr. Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead engineering projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Develop and review engineering designs and specifications. - Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed projects. - Perform simulations and modeling to validate design concepts. - Collaborate with product management, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product launches. - Mentor and guide junior engineers in technical aspects and project management skills. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements. Skills and Tools Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB). - Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA). - Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); a Master s degree is a plus. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PE license) are preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successful project delivery in an engineering environment.
