Job Description

Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive process changes to enhance product quality.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and protocols.
Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into the product development lifecycle.
Perform audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards.
Provide training and support to team members on quality best practices and tools.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
Stay current with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and process control.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
