Role Description

Thorough knowledge on maintenance of CNC machines like Turning, Milling, Grinding, EDM, etc.

Deep knowledge on Special processes like NDT, Heat treatment processes, Painting, welding and other equipment’s.

Good knowledge on Facility machines like, DG, compressor, Chillers, AHU, UPS, etc.

Should be able to handle the Breakdown maintenance, Mechanical /Electrical Maintenance, preventive maintenance planning and execution, Utility equipment’s maintenance, Man Management.

Knowledge about hydraulics, pneumatics, Fanuc, Siemens, other PLC controllers.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance practices
• Experience in Electrical Maintenance, including troubleshooting and system optimization
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance standards in a manufacturing setting
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred
• Diploma or BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
