Sr Engineer- Customer Success

Role Overview: As an Engineer for Open Blue product onboarding at Johnson Controls, your primary responsibility will be to perform detailed site engineering, installation, configuration, and commissioning of Open Blue products ensuring high quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the project requirements and review project inputs such as BMS database, I/O point list, control drawings, and functional description diagrams. - Prepare detailed site engineering and design documents including space ontology, meter list, equipment list, and data point list. - Identify and build global fault detection & diagnostics rules and configure custom FDD rule equations. - Configure all types of energy meters, mechanical equipment, building operating schedule, global points, and threshold values. - Install and configure hardware such as Open Blue Bridge/Gateways and commission cloud-based Open Blue products. - Troubleshoot issues as they arise during the installation and configuration process. - Collaborate across internal business units and maintain working relationships with all internal stakeholders. - Ensure all project standards and deliverables meet quality requirements and are executed within agreed schedules to meet customer expectations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. - Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in the field of Building Management Systems (BMS) & Energy Management Systems (EMS).
