Job Title: Sr. Ecommerce Executive

Company: Web Tech Solutions
Location: Daryaganj, Ansari Road, New Delhi (On-site)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday Off)

About Us

Web Tech Solutions is a fast-growing eCommerce company selling products across multiple categories. We manage sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own systems. As we grow, we need a Sr. Ecommerce Executive who can take ownership of online sales, plan better strategies, and help us reach higher numbers every month.

Role Overview

We are looking for a candidate who already has at least 18 months of proven experience in managing and growing sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
This role needs someone who is:

  • Result-oriented
  • Data-driven
  • Able to think out of the box
  • Ready to take responsibility for day-to-day sales performance

You will play a key role in improving listings, managing ads, handling orders, and planning new ideas to grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth & Marketplace Handling

  • Manage daily sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
  • Plan and implement strategies to increase orders and revenue.
  • Track product performance and push high-selling items.
  • Suggest new opportunities, product ideas, and pricing changes.

2. Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Manage sponsored ads on Amazon and campaigns on Flipkart/Meesho.
  • Review ad data and reduce unnecessary spending.
  • Improve RoAS, conversions, and click-through rates

3. Data & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Study data to find what is working and what needs improvement.
  • Make suggestions based on numbers, not guesswork.

4. Competition Research

  • Check prices, listings, and ads of competitors.
  • Analyse how others are growing and plan better strategies for us.

5. Creative Thinking

  • Come up with new ideas to grow sales.
  • Suggest new offers, product bundles, or listing improvements.
  • Think of simple, fresh ways to stand out from the crowd.

6. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with the founder and team.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, packaging, and design teams.
  • Ensure smooth operations every day.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months of experience in eCommerce sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
  • Strong understanding of listings, ads, inventory, and order flow.
  • Must be data-driven and comfortable studying numbers and reports.
  • Should be creative and able to think of fresh ideas to improve sales.
  • Good communication and planning skills.
  • Must work on-site at the Daryaganj office.
