Job responsibilities:

1. Preparing catalogue sheets for listing products (on various marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, etc.) including catalog details such as titles, descriptions, keywords etc.

2. Creating the basic product template containing the basic product features, titles, material, etc. Coordinating with the creative content writer for the creative content. Compiling the information received from the different sources and sharing the final sheets with the team.

3. Doing regular audits to ensure correct listings are live on the respective platforms & following up with the category team in case of any changes.

4. Optimizing and modifying the existing product titles, keywords, description & prices to increase the product visibility .

5. Be the sole point of contact internally for the marketplace & solve any issues related to the catalogue & listing by coordinating with Amazon, Flipkart, & other marketplace teams.

6. Monthly reconciliation of accounts for correct payments, ROI, and logistic/ other charges. Creation of SPF Claim in returns.

7. Fix Account Health, ratings, reviews,

8. Able to handle Brand store, Update Brand Story, Listing Audit, HTML, A+ content, Fix listing, Mapping, Brand Registry, etc.

Required Skills:-

Experience of both FBA and marketplace will be preferred.

Minimum experience of 4 years in a similar role.
