Job Description

You will lead the strategy and execution of our advisory, transformation, technology, and outsourcing services specifically to Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the GCC sector in India.

You will be involved in selling complex solutions to senior executives at GCCs across various industries, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within these centers.

You will act as a subject-matter expert in consulting engagements where your skills and expertise are fundamental in helping clients to take their most critical decisions for GCC implementation and management.

What you ll need:

Extensive experience in setting up and/or managing GCCs

Deep understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.

In-depth knowledge of the services, capabilities, and operations within GCCs

Strong experience in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the GCC advisory

Proficient in executing projects related to IT Outsourcing services (Applications, Infrastructure) and / or business process outsourcing services

Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in complex situations
