Job Title: Sr. Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media Specialist (Pharma)

Job location: Mumbai

Work days: Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead strategic planning and present performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• Manage multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Programmatic) to drive MQLs, acquisition, and retention.
• Optimise large ad budgets for ROI; troubleshoot and enhance campaign performance.
• Analyse key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and implement A/B testing.
• Conduct market research and audience targeting for improved campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-conversion digital campaigns.
• Manage agency relationships, ensuring quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in digital marketing with strong focus on paid media.
• Proven success in managing large-scale paid campaigns across platforms.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and programmatic media.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with international campaigns, marketing automation, and AI tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; certifications (Google Ads, Meta) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year

• Total: 10 years (Preferred)
• Paid Media: 8 years (Preferred)
• Pharma industry digital marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
