Role Overview:

Production support: Perform production support for all 26 cars in production, with understanding and basic knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI based on TTA (Tungsten Total Agility) SAAS platform
Platform Maintenance: Ability to install and upgrade TTA on integration servers and maintenance of integration servers based on vendor upgrades. Ability to perform Isolation exercise for disaster recovery
Development: Ability to handle business process management including complex workflows and building user interface as per business needs using vendor hosted Tungsten platform for new product development as assigned.
Development and Integration Support: Basic knowledge of import and export connectors in Tungsten, ability to commit to FileNet or any other repository, ability to pull documents from secure NAS, ability t connect to system of records including 3rd party vendor
Development: Ability to perform data capture from images using OCR and AI/ML technologies and Barcode engines (1D and 2D) with vendor platforms - Tungsten Total Agility
Testing: Add automated unit tests in legacy web applications and new applications as developed, using git hub copilot if needed.
Testing: Perform functional Testing, including creating, maintaining, and executing both manual and automated tests.
Deployment: Participate, as needed in the code migration, deployment, and rollout process.
Team: Be a team player, flexible and ready to take initiative, explore new ideas, learn continuously and work with team as needed.
