About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and technically proficient

Sr. Design Manager

to lead our electrical and automation design initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in electrical panel design, estimation, and automation systems, who can bridge client requirements with innovative engineering solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of

LT/HT panels

PCC

MCC

Synchronizing panels

ACDB

DCDB

, and custom electrical solutions

Prepare and review

GA drawings

SLDs

control schematics

, and

wiring diagrams

using

AutoCAD 2D

and

EPLAN

Integrate

PLC

SCADA

, and

automation systems

into electrical designs for industrial and solar applications

Collaborate with estimation, production, and sales teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness

Oversee technical documentation, compliance with industry standards, and client-specific requirements

Guide budgeting and tendering processes for design-related scopes

Mentor junior designers and ensure quality control across all design deliverables

Required Skills:

Expertise in

AutoCAD 2D

EPLAN

Strong knowledge of
