Sr Design Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing CHS Logic circuits for various applications based on customer requirements. Your knowledge of CHS Logic will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be involved in service schematics preparation, VA-VE idea implementation, and CDS validation. You will also be responsible for preparing complexity matrix and option code matrix as per customer feature list. Designing CAN flow network, optimizing grounding distribution and power distribution will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in the selection of LV components such as fuse, wire, relay, and connectors. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare CHS Logic circuits for various applications based on customer requirements - Service schematics preparation, VA-VE idea implementation, and CDS validation - Prepare complexity matrix and option code matrix as per customer feature list - Design CAN flow network, optimize grounding distribution and power distribution - Select LV components like fuse, wire, relay, and connectors - Simulate schematics for voltage drop test, short circuit test using Capital Logic tool - Define harness components in CHS database using Capital Library & Capital Symbol tool - Prepare 2D drawings and synchronize circuits from Capital Logic - Study design, process feasibility, and assembly review process related to harness Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of CHS Logic - Experience in preparing CHS Logic circuits - Proficiency in using Capital Logic tool for simulations - Familiarity with LV components selection - Ability to work with Capital Library & Capital Symbol tool for defining harness components Additional Company Details: (Omit this section as no additional details of the company are present in the provided job description.),
