Sr. Deployment Engineer (Hosted)

As a Sr. Deployment Engineer (Hosted), you will be responsible for deploying voice installations, resources, and processes in the hospitality industry, utilizing innovative technologies to deliver top-notch solutions. You will work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure accurate equipment lists, schedule implementations, and manage all voice deployment processes effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review equipment lists for accuracy - Collaborate with the Project Management Team to schedule implementations and communicate project updates - Program systems remotely - Manage all voice implementation processes and hand-off to support team **Qualifications Required:** - Industry-leading knowledge of telephony products like Mitel, SIP, and E911 - Certification in Mitel MiVoice Business - Familiarity with other applications within the Mitel portfolio - Proficiency in Micontact Center, Mitel Border Gateway, and Mitel Standard Linux - Minimum associate degree or 8-10 years of relevant experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale voice installations in the lodging industry (preferred) - Strong network knowledge related to voice (VoIP) - Experience in reading and determining PCAPs - Understanding of BGP Routing, VPN, etc. - Familiarity with various virtualization technologies (VMware) - Excellent troubleshooting skills in programming and network infrastructure - Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships In addition, preferred qualifications include certifications like Network+, CCENT, CCNA, experience with configuration applications in a VMware environment, LAN Technology, and infrastructure knowledge.
