Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Data Scientist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team at Xcaliber Infotech Pvt Ltd, playing a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement advanced data models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy predictive analytics solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored data science solutions.
Design and implement data pipelines and architectures to support business intelligence initiatives.
Conduct thorough analysis of large datasets to extract valuable insights and trends.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Excellent understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
