Sr. Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to be a part of our analytics team and take charge of impactful projects. This role necessitates a profound comprehension of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data-focused strategy, with an emphasis on crafting and implementing innovative analytics solutions to address intricate business requirements. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will apply your hands-on proficiency in Python and data science, employing a spectrum of machine learning algorithms for various tasks such as regression, classification, natural language processing (NLP), and operational research. Your role will also involve implementing, enhancing, and managing complex models to ensure scalability and efficacy. Furthermore, you will leverage your expertise in large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to construct sophisticated applications, including chatbots and other NLP-based solutions. Communication is key in this role, as you will be expected to convey intricate analytics insights to stakeholders, lead customer meetings, and propose actionable, data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for developing solutions that align with business objectives by translating business requirements into impactful, data-driven solutions. Moreover, you will lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, offering mentorship, technical guidance, and project oversight. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5-7 years of practical experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis. A proven track record in managing and mentoring a team of data scientists and engineers is essential. Proficiency in Python and essential libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is required.
