Job Title: Sr Data Scientist/ Lead Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to define project scopes and deliver solutions
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
• Lead the development of robust data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices for data analysis and model development
• Communicate insights and findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science methodologies and technologies
  

Requirements

• Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in machine learning and statistical modeling
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of data manipulation and visualization techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience in mentoring or leading teams is a plus
