Job Description

As a Data Modeler at Infosys, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers. Your responsibilities will include leading the engagement efforts from problem definition to solution design and deployment. You will review proposals, analyze solutions, and identify potential risks and issues for client business problems. Additionally, you will suggest change management requirements and guide clients through structured approaches for managing change. In this role, you will be expected to coach and inspire your team, provide subject matter training, and offer timely feedback and recognition for high performance. Your contributions will be vital in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering top-notch consulting solutions to customers while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes. To excel in this position, you should possess strong knowledge of data modeling tools such as Erwin, along with expertise in software configuration management systems. You are also required to have a sound understanding of business acumen, industry trends, and strategic thought leadership. Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential qualities for success. Furthermore, having industry domain knowledge, familiarity with financial processes across project types, pricing models, client interfacing skills, and expertise in SDLC and agile methodologies will be advantageous. Your role will also involve project and team management responsibilities.
