Sr. Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable ERP Data Entry Operator to enter, manage, and maintain accurate data in our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large volumes of data, understand business processes, and ensure timely and error-free data input.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in the ERP system accurately and on time
• Verify data before entering it into the system
• Maintain records of activities and tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy
• Generate basic reports from ERP when required
• Follow company processes and data entry standards
• Assist in basic troubleshooting of ERP-related data issues
• Handle confidential data responsibly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, etc.
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Good command over MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Prior experience in ERP data entry
• Understanding of inventory, purchase, sales, or finance modules
• Familiarity with basic business processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
