Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sr Counselor/Manager. The Sr Counselor/Manager will be responsible for providing counseling to students regarding study abroad options, conducting seminars and workshops, and developing personalized study plans. The role also includes coordinating with international universities and institutions, assisting with the application process, and tracking student progress. Additionally, the Sr Counselor/Manager will be expected to manage a team of counselors and ensure all processes adhere to organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in student counseling, educational consulting, or a related field
• Knowledge of international education systems and study abroad programs
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop personalized study plans and provide detailed guidance
• Team management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous
