Sr. Cost Manager

As a candidate for the job role, your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with clients and the design team, and raising queries to concerned entities like clients and design consultants for clarification. - Ensuring that quantities are within specified margins as per contract terms. - Preparing monthly cost management reports and tracking the budget in relation to ongoing activities. - Raising flags and providing advance warnings for any potential impacts on the overall budget or schedule of activities. - Preparing cash flow forecasts. - Handling both pre and post-contracts tasks. - Creating bid proposals. - Negotiating with vendors and contractors. Your qualifications should ideally include: - Minimum 11+ years of relevant experience.
