Sr. Consultant/Lead - Mortgage Processing

As an Experienced US Mortgage Processor at our company, you will play a crucial role in assessing loan applications, processing loans, and evaluating loan products. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, appraising, and evaluating loan applications by gathering data such as finance, employment, assets, expenses, and debts from applicants. Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and accurate packaging of all originated loans - Review loans daily to determine necessary steps for quick processing - Provide strong communication and support to onshore processors and underwriting for smooth file movement - Coordinate with Loan Officers/Loan Officer Assistants to prepare files for submission to Underwriting - Strive for complete submission with minimal conditions - Submit loans to underwriting at selected lenders - Order title and submit attorney information to lender if not on their approved list - Verify completeness and accuracy of appraisal, title work, employment verification, and other certifications - Update systems with final figures and approvals - Work with underwriting and loan officers to clear conditions promptly - Proficient in MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Willingness to work exclusively in night shifts Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field with minimum 75% across 10th, 12th, and Degree - Basic MS Office skills - Exceptional ability to communicate with customers promptly - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and mathematical skills - Trustworthy and reliable - Good time management skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to work only in night shifts (from 19:30 IST onwards) Benefits: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Provident Fund Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Night shift - US shift Application Question: - Are you willing to work only in an office environment Shift availability: - Night Shift (Required) - Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
