Job Description

As a Signavio Process Manager Implementation Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the implementation of Signavio Process Manager for clients across various industries, focusing specifically on Supply Chain Management. You will collaborate with clients to comprehend and analyze their current processes, subsequently devising and delivering innovative solutions both independently and as part of a team. It is essential to maintain robust client relationships, ensure project quality, drive commercial success, and capture knowledge to assist clients in addressing their most intricate business and technology obstacles within the supply chain sector. Your role will also involve supporting clients in adapting to market, regulatory, process, and cultural shifts influenced by emerging digital technologies. In this position, you will be expected to cultivate specialized expertise in a specific field or skill through deliberate learning efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior staff and clients on best practices in process design and optimization within the scope of Supply Chain Management. Furthermore, you will provide support to consulting partners and horizontal consulting leads in the exploration and development of strategic initiatives, service lines, service offerings, and responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) that are aligned with prevailing market demands and trends.,
