Job Description

As a Senior Consultant for SAP Customer Service, your role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business processes and requirements within the customer service domain. Your deep expertise in SAP CS module will be utilized to design and implement tailored solutions that enhance service operations and drive value for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Consulting and Solution Design: Work closely with clients to design and implement SAP CS solutions aligned with their needs and objectives. - Implementation & Integration: Lead SAP CS module implementations, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and propose enhancements using SAP CS functionalities to optimize service operations. - Project Management: Manage the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-go-live support, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business goals. - Client Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on SAP solutions. - Training & Support: Provide training on SAP CS functionalities and offer post-implementation support for smooth system adoption. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP developments, identify opportunities for system improvements, and help clients evolve their SAP environment. Key Requirements: - Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP CS module, including 2-3 full-cycle implementations. - SAP Knowledge: Strong expertise in Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Notification, Warranty Management, and integration with other SAP modules. - Project Experience: Proven experience in managing SAP implementation projects. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, relevant SAP certifications are a plus. - Travel: Willingness to travel for client engagements as required. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Customer Service solutions. - Knowledge of industry-specific solutions related to customer service operations. - SAP certification in SAP CS or related modules. - Previous consulting experience in an SAP consultancy or service provider environment.,
