Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in Cyber Security, your role will involve: - Being open to travel for project requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing various programming languages for storing and processing raw data. - Demonstrating knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows, macOS, Linux, UNIX, and other emerging OSs. - Conducting Penetration Testing to assess system security and identify vulnerabilities. - Applying Ethical Hacking techniques and understanding coding practices for threat modeling and configurations. - Managing Advanced Persistent Threats by comprehending concepts like social engineering, phishing, and network access control. - Ensuring Firewall Safety and Management through fail-safe features, breach detection, backups, and prevention protocols. - Implementing Encryption Techniques to safeguard data during transmission over the internet. - Conducting Compliance Assessments based on standards like GLBA, HIPAA, PCI, NIST, and SOX. - Working with frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL. The qualifications and skills required for this role are: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT systems operation, and IT solutions development. - Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting vulnerability management platforms like Tenable or Qualys, and patch management control platforms such as Microsoft MECM/SCCM. - Experience in supporting patch management, vulnerability management, or configuration management programs. - Knowledge of OWASP top 10 and network security frameworks like NIST, ISO. - Hands-on experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for application and network security. - Skills in Configuration Review, policy review, system and network hardening, and end-point review. - Practical experience with Application Code Review and Testing tools, DevSecOps, and SDLC Process. - Excellent communication and analytical skills for client interactions and pre-sales activities. - Exposure to Mobile AppSEC for Android and iOS, as well as API testing. - Ability to travel and present findings effectively. - Proficiency in research related to Cyber-Security to offer customized services. - Expertise in tools like Burp, Nessus, Nmap, Qualys, Acunetix, Metasploit, and other relevant tools. - Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR, DLP, EDR/EPP, Firewall/IPS, Web Servers, etc. - Basic scripting knowledge in any language is advantageous.,
