: Research Associate - Verification Position: Full Time Designation: Research Associate - Verification Department: Pre Employment Screening PES Location: Gurugram Certification: Graduate Role & Responsibilities Initiate new elements (via Online searches, Email, Telephone and Fax) Follow up of Pending elements Liaise with Case Owner (Raise and Receipt of missing/additional information required) Liaise with concerned teams for Site/visit and Overseas checks Liaise with Accounts Department Complete elements (results from email and verbal verification) Prepare an Annexure Report to Supervisor (Morning meeting and Weekly Report) Highest level of accuracy and efficiency when performing verifications Meeting of stipulated turnaround times Adherence to all SOPs & SLAs Demonstrate a true spirit to serve when conducting verifications to ensure clients/candidates and referee(s) have easy to deal with and a friendly experience Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge such that Netrikas processes and products can be explained to internal and external parties Required Skills: Good English verbal and written skills and interpersonal communication skills High level of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgency in performing job responsibilities. Experience: Graduate in any discipline. Spirit to serve Typing speed of 25 wpm with an accuracy of 95 PERCENT Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel Superior time management and organizational skills Superior English verbal and written skills A strong focus on accuracy and high attention to detail Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team Absolute discretion and confidentiality A willingness to take responsibility and accountability : As a Research Associate, you will be required to conduct the verification of employment history, qualifications, professional memberships, and various online databases in accordance with Netrikas processes, procedures, productivity, quality and timeframe benchmarks Academic Qualification Graduation Show more Show less
