Profile: Sr. Client Servicing Executive-Event-Surat- 40k

Experience: 3+years

Salary Range: Upto 30k-40k

External: Clients, Vendors, Artists, Venue Partners

Job Purpose

The Senior Client Servicing Executive acts as the bridge between clients and the creative team — ensuring every event reflects the client’s vision seamlessly. You’ll manage client relationships, ideate creative concepts, and ensure flawless event execution with a focus on satisfaction, communication, and innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Attend leads from all venues, take client briefings, and make the first contact call.

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present company capabilities.

  • Explain the company profile, portfolio, and service offerings effectively.

  • Ideate and research innovative concepts, themes, and trends based on client requirements.

  • Develop customized presentations and creative proposals for clients.

  • Coordinate with the quotation and design team for budget finalization and proposal preparation.

  • Keep updated with current market trends, artists, and vendor offerings.

  • Finalize budgets, themes, and key event deliverables in coordination with HOD.

  • Follow up proactively post-quotation submission for closure and conversion.

  • Coordinate with project heads to ensure clear communication of client requirements.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project handovers.

  • Oversee event planning and ensure target cost adherence.

  • Continuously track event execution to align with client expectations.

  • Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders — vendors, artists, and venues.

  • Follow SOPs and company protocols for client servicing.

  • Report regularly to top management and collaborate on overall client strategy
