Sr. Channel Account Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Proofpoint as a Senior Channel Account Manager based in India. Your main responsibility will be to drive growth and transformation in the Channel ecosystem in the India region by developing and executing Strategic Partner Sales plans with Value-Added Resellers and Value-Added Distributors. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in developing and managing partners in the India region - Experience working for a Cyber Security solution provider - Understanding the value at a macro & deal level for Partners and helping Proofpoint & Partners harness joint value - Building strong business relationships at all levels within your Partners - Coordinating & driving business development campaigns within your Partners - Coordinating multiple resources (internally & externally) - Understanding the Enterprise Sales process and delivering an exceptional Partner & Customer experience - Increasing share of wallet with existing Partners and acquiring new Partners where required Qualifications Required: - Strong cross-functional leadership and excellent communication skills - Ability to clearly articulate Proofpoint's value - Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and prioritize time effectively - Experience managing Partners, particularly in the information security markets - Understanding of the Australian Partner landscape and relationships with key Security partners Additional Company Details: Proofpoint is a leader in human-centric cybersecurity with half a million customers, including 87 of the Fortune 100, who rely on their platform to protect their organizations.
