Role: Sr. Career Counsellor

Sr. Career Counsellors

As a Sr. Career Counsellor with EDZYY, you will guide:

• Students deciding on subjects, courses, or higher education opportunities.
• Young adults navigating career beginnings or academic-to-work transitions.
• Parents seeking clarity on options and directions for their children.

You’ll be both a guide and a confidant, empowering learners to take decisions with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions (primarily online).
• Assess learners’ interests, aptitudes, and goals to recommend tailored career and education pathways.
• Provide clarity on subject and course selection, higher education opportunities, and industry trends.
• Guide students on navigating academic milestones and career entry points.
• Support learners and parents in making well-informed, future-ready decisions.
• Be a steady source of encouragement, helping learners overcome confusion and self-doubt.

What We’re Looking For

• Education:

  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, HR, or related fields preferred.

• Experience:

  5–8 years in career counselling, academic counselling, or education advisory

  .

  Experience working with school or college students is highly valued.

• Certifications:

  Training or certifications in

  Career Counselling, Guidance, or Psychology-based assessments

  will be an added advantage.
• Alongside experienced professionals, we warmly welcome

  retired principals, teachers, and senior educators

  who carry decades of wisdom and leadership in shaping learners. Your experience is invaluable, and EDZYY offers a platform to extend your impact to a wider audience.
