Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Restaurant Captain to lead a team of Stewards and ensure smooth floor operations. The Captain will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, supervising day-to-day activities, and assisting in restaurant closure at the end of operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide Stewards in daily operations, ensuring smooth floor management.
Greet, interact, and attend to guests, maintaining high service standards.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness before service.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely order delivery.
Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
Train and motivate Stewards to follow service etiquette and SOPs.
Monitor inventory of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.
Assist in billing, cash handling, and ensure accuracy during restaurant closing.
Oversee restaurant closing duties including settlement, cleanliness, and shift handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality background preferred.
2–4 years of F&B service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant service standards and closing procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
