Job Description

The Campaign Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and successful delivery of campaigns for clients. This role includes campaign management, development, quality assurance, and reporting. Your key responsibilities will involve creating, managing, and deploying marketing campaigns. This includes defining campaign workflows, setting up campaigns, quality checking, measuring performance, and optimizing customer journeys. It is essential to have extensive knowledge of the entire Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) suite, particularly Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, and all builders. As a Campaign Specialist, you will act as a bridge between the account management and operations teams to design and implement scalable technical solutions effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in executing campaigns on marketing automation and CRM platforms. Proficiency in SFMC is a mandatory requirement for this position. Familiarity with other platforms such as WebEngage, MoEngage, and Adobe will be considered a plus. You must demonstrate a track record of optimizing campaign performance and possess exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. The ability to work autonomously is also expected. Key Skills Required: - Proficiency in Email Marketing and marketing automation - Comprehensive understanding of SFMC modules like Email Studio, Web Studio, Analytics Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder - Gathering campaign requirements, setting timelines, and finalizing briefings - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate email development - Managing the creative process whenever necessary - Analyzing provided HTML assets and making revisions as needed - Configuring campaigns effectively - Creating target audiences, managing data extensions, and troubleshooting data issues - Conducting Quality Assurance and testing of campaigns - Tracking and reporting campaign performance - Familiarity with relational database concepts and experience in SQL query development - Knowledge of AMP Script - Exposure to HTML and CSS - Understanding of Landing page Development - Basic understanding of REST & SOAP API would be advantageous.,
