We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will work closely with marketing, CRM, and IT teams to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.) Create and manage dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL Build and optimize customer journeys and automation workflows Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other third-party platforms via APIs and connectors Manage data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio Strong understanding of data modeling and segmentation within SFMC Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification (preferred) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools Agile/Scrum project experience Location: Delhi NCR,Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai,Hyderabad

Job Title- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Role Description The Operations Analyst - Salesforce CRM is responsible for supporting the vision, strategy, and implementation of DWS' global CRM program. The role encompasses daily system operations, user support, the further development and maintenance of the platform, stakeholder alignment with internal sales units as well as close cooperation within the Client Experience, Marketing & Digital Sales team. Your key responsibilities Taking responsibility for the targeted use of all modules in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Extending Marketing Cloud beyond declarative configuration including building integrations Writing SSJS script for complex data operations Developing dynamic/personalized experiences utilizing HTML, CSS, AMPscript and others Implementation of customer journeys, automations, cloud pages, personalization, and email HTML templates Integration of data sources, manipulation and client segmentation with SQL Analyse functional, non-functional requirements and solution designs to implement robust best fit Salesforce Platform and campaigns. Responsible for operations of SFMC infrastructure and ensure compliance to Data Policy and Data Protection Regulation (FINRA, GDPR, CCPA) Experience in Vue Javascript framework & REST APIis a plus Taking over the developer role in the team Your skills and experience First professional experience in marketing automation with an eye for detail Experience in email communication best practices and expertise in SFMC Cloud Pages, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder, Web Studio, AMP Script and SQL is required Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) and Data Cloud (CDP) preferred SFMC Email Specialist Certification and/or Developer Certification and/or Sales Cloud Administrator Certification is a plus Good understanding of CRM concepts and interfaces between Salesforce CRM and mass mailing systems as well as content management systems Experience supporting end users, requirements gathering and documentation Communication skills in English both written and verbal Bachelor and/or advance degree

Experience designing and leading the development and execution of personalized direct communication programs at scale through email channel and other channels (onsite, push, in-app, SMS, digital advertising, sales reps, etc). End to end campaign management and delivery using Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including - planning, development, execution and performance - processes with internal and external parties involved, supervision and development of platform operation, management of campaign execution and automation resources and agency, best practices and budget Experience creating highly responsive direct customer and communications. On direct marketing, on brand, on channel best practices with unique combination of creativity and effectiveness. Design background a plus. Master email marketing communications, comfortable writing and/or reviewing copy, HTML and AMP script knowledge is must. Handling multiple stakeholders across functions, geographies, and skills, combined with a business focused outlook. Strong data-driven mindset, with experience with SQL, with experience in campaign analytics and performance measurement. An understanding of data integration, data feeds and automation to enable campaign automation & personalization. Experience working with data analytics and post-campaign reporting to support the development and automation of dashboards, campaign analysis and stakeholder reporting.
