Sr Business Process Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at our Sabre office, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation by analyzing, designing, and enhancing business processes in alignment with the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include leading workshops with stakeholders to understand current processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions, and developing process maps to optimize operations. You will collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, translate them into documentation, and maintain up-to-date process documentation in line with organizational goals. Utilizing your expertise in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM, you will design solutions that meet business needs, recommend platform enhancements, and ensure configurations align with best practices. Your role will involve partnering with technical teams, facilitating communication, and conducting user acceptance testing to validate solutions. Additionally, you will develop change management plans, provide training, and offer ongoing support to business teams post-implementation. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst in the ServiceNow platform, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in ServiceNow modules, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies are desirable qualifications. You will also be expected to collaborate with leadership, monitor process performance, stay updated on new ServiceNow features, and promote a culture of innovation within the organization.,
