Job Description

As a Business Development Representative at Adobe Digital Experience, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. Your efforts will directly impact our growth strategy as you collaborate with Account Executives and other teams to cultivate a robust and qualified pipeline while guiding prospects through their journey with Adobe. Your responsibilities will include identifying and generating new qualified sales opportunities, collaborating closely with Account Executives to advance opportunities through the sales cycle, aligning on target accounts and outreach strategies, developing engagement strategies for high-value prospects, staying abreast of digital experience trends and emerging technologies, engaging in strategic discussions with senior decision-makers, gathering insights to refine sales and marketing strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team on customer outreach programs. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in business development or sales development, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector. You should have a proven track record of building and managing a strategic pipeline with an emphasis on consultative sales, a strong understanding of guiding prospects through the sales cycle, exceptional communication skills to engage senior leaders, a results-driven approach to pipeline management, familiarity with sales tools like Dynamics or Outreach, and a desire to work in a dynamic team environment.
