Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales of IT and digital marketing solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving set targets through direct field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pitch, and convert potential clients for IT and digital marketing services
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations in person
• Handle complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Negotiate effectively with clients to maximize revenue
• Submit daily reports and maintain sales records
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in IT or digital marketing industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record in end-to-end sales
• Good personality with professional grooming
• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bike and valid driving license
• Laptop for client presentations and reporting

Note:
Candidates from the same industry are eligible for a salary hike up to 50% based on experience and performance.
