As a Senior Business Analyst at Revinfotech, you will play a crucial role in the pre-sales and post-sales activities, with a focus on technical knowledge and support. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Custom Requirements Understanding/Gathering:** You will be responsible for understanding and gathering custom requirements, involving senior team members as necessary. - **Client Organization Analysis:** Identify strengths and weaknesses of client organizations and recommend areas for improvement. - **Product Demonstrations:** Assist the sales team in demonstrating services and product portfolio to clients. - **Documentation:** Prepare pre-sales documentation such as RIF, RFP, Proposal, Project Charter, as well as post-sales documents like SRS, FRD, Wireframing, Feature Listings, BRD, WBS, Proposals, Estimation Sheet, etc. - **Customer Satisfaction:** Ensure superior customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. - **Process Improvement:** Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance lead conversion rates. - **Feedback Sharing:** Provide feedback on products and share client feedback with product development and marketing teams. - **Technical Documentation:** Review, analyze, and scope out customer business requirements, and create technical documents like SRS, SOW, Project Plans. **Additional Details:** At Revinfotech, you will have the opportunity to maintain leads status, notes, and progress updates in the CRM system.
