Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst on the Finance Transformation Testing and Share Support team, you will play a crucial role in supporting large-scale transformation programs and providing operational support during high-demand periods. Your responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders to document business requirements, leading process design reviews, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing hands-on operational support. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to program governance. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to document and validate business requirements across core processes such as Revenue, Billings, P2P, and Record-to-Report. - Lead end-to-end process design reviews to identify optimization and automation opportunities. - Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for Product and Technology partners. - Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for major finance systems, integrations, and product enhancements. - Coordinate readiness and cutover activities during high-volume and go-live periods. - Provide hands-on operational support during surge periods and large program deployments. - Mentor junior analysts and team members, offering guidance on business analysis practices and stakeholder management. - Support program governance by tracking dependencies, risks, and business impacts. Qualifications Required: Basic Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in accounting and financial operations, including AP, AR, Revenue, and GL processes. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Other Qualifications: - Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple initiatives concurrently. - Capability to lead through ambiguity and execute with a strong sense of ownership. - Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop peers in systems and process optimization.
