Job Description

Your skills and experience

5 to 10 years of experience in BI/report development with strong hands-on Crystal Reports expertise.
Experience with IBM DataStage or similar ETL tools for data integration and transformation.
Strong SQL/T-SQL skills, including stored procedures, views, and performance tuning.
Experience with report metadata extraction, rationalization, and cataloging.
Understanding semantic layers, data models, and source-to-target mappings (STTM).
Ability to work closely with business users and analysts to translate requirements into accurate reporting outputs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Familiarity with BFSI reporting or banking data structures is an advantage.
Experience documenting report logic, SQL code, and data definitions clearly.

Strong understanding of data modeling principles and working with relational databases
